Bridging Loan for Property Development:
As part of an inheritance a client had acquired a large plot of land in Yorkshire, which had planning, approved for a six-bedroom house. The build cost totalled more than £300,000.
There was a requirement to finance 100% of the project and after reviewing the valuation we were able to offer this.
The project was broken down into 5 funding phases and 1st phase funds were released within 48 hours of signing and the whole project completed within 5 months.
Bridging Loan to Refinance Assets:
An engineering company Directors had the chance to purchase some capital equipment, which they were convinced, would increase their company’s sales revenue by a factor of 10.
They considered asset finance but decided it was cost prohibitive.
We were able to secure bridging funds for them within 4 days. In total they borrowed £84,000 secured through other properties they owned.
