Capital & Interest

The components, which comprise a Repayment Mortgage. The original amount of the loan is the capital, which must be repaid monthly over the fixed period agreed. The interest is the additional agreed charge, which may have been fixed for a short-term or variable. Both components of the repayment have been calculated to ensure that the mortgage will be fully repaid at the end of the agreed term.
