Interest Only

Used in conjunction with a commercial mortgage, which is defined as interest only. The monthly repayments cover only the interest element, but the capital still remains outstanding at the end of the term of the commercial mortgage. This part of the mortgage can be redeemed by other means, such as savings, endowment or insurance policies
